WOMEN’S ONLY CLASSES
Krav Maga Evolve has a women’s only class every Tuesday at 6pm
The class will cover everything from the basics of stance and striking to ground techniques, chokes and many more attacks that are unfortunately more commonly used against women
You may feel more comfortable training with other women rather than in the mixed group classes. It’s a great way to build confidence and improve fitness while learning important skills
Book a trial class above. Once you have attended a trial class sign up to a class subscription here
If you cancel your trial class you will not be entitled to a refund. This is due to limited spaces and to stop people booking but have no real intention of attending the class.
