Class Subscriptions start from the date you purchase the subscription to one day before the same date the following month.
By subscribing to class subscriptions you give Krav Maga Evolve (via paypal & gocardless) permission to bill you monthly without prior notice.

For students under 16 years old parents/guardians must have any subscriptions/payments in their names and not that of the student. All terms and conditions apply to parents/guardians.
For example;
If a subscription is purchased on 6th August the subscription is valid until 5th September the following month. Except for bank holidays & short months where the payments may be taken on different dates.
Different Class subscriptions can be purchased. Stated on the subscriptions are the amount of classes per week for one month.
For example;
1 Class per week for one month. This means that the student can go to 1 class in a week (Monday to Sunday). This runs for the entire month. The student can attend any one class within that week. The amount of classes per month depends on how many weeks are in a particular month and this is variable from month to month. As an example one month the student may be able to attend 4 classes in a month and the next month 5 in the month if they have subscribed to 1 class per week.
Adult subscriptions are for anyone 15 years of age or over.
Kids subscriptions are for anyone between the ages of 6 to 14 years. Proof of age may be asked by any instructor to verify this. Failure to verify this will result in cancellation of class subscription with no refunds.

If a students 1 class per week subscription for example runs from 4th Feb (Tue) to the 3rd March (Tues), they then attend a class on the 3rd March then the payment for the following month comes out on the 4th March they cannot attend another class in that week as they have already attended a class in that week even though a new payment has been made.  Students that try to circumvent these rules may be rejected from the club/Organisation their subscription cancel with no refund.

Failure to attend any Private Class means that the student will lose the class that has been booked with no refund. If a private class is paid for but not booked it’s the responsibility of the client to get in contact to make a booking. If the student doesn’t confirm a date for the private session(s) then they have 2 weeks or 5 weeks for blocks of 4 to use them from the date of purchase, as bookings are meant to be confirmed before payment – this is highlighted on the private class page.
