Waiver & Physical Activity Readiness
Before participating in any training, you confirm that:

You have not been advised by a medical professional to avoid physical activity without supervision.

You do not experience chest pain, dizziness, loss of consciousness, or balance issues during physical activity.

You do not have any medical condition, injury, or joint problem that could be made worse by physical training.

You are not aware of any reason why you should not take part in self-defence, martial arts, sparring, or pair work.
If you answer “Yes” to any of the above, you confirm that a qualified medical professional has certified you fit to train.
Informed Consent
I understand that Krav Maga and self-defence training are contact activities involving inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, falls, or accidental contact with others.
I acknowledge that although instructors take reasonable steps to minimise risk, it is impossible to eliminate risk entirely.
I confirm that:

I am in good physical health and capable of participating.

I will not train if I feel unwell or uncertain about my condition.

I will follow all instructions given by instructors at all times.
-
I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while training.

I will not hold Krav Maga Evolve, its instructors, or representatives liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during training.
For students under 16, a parent or guardian gives consent and agrees to all of the above.
Trial Classes

Each individual may attend one trial class only (group or private).
-
Trial bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
-
Non-attendance of a trial class does not entitle the student to a refund or credit.
-
If a trial class is missed, another trial may only be booked by paying the trial fee again.
Membership & Joining Fees

A one-time joining fee applies when starting a new membership.
-
If a membership is cancelled and later restarted, the joining fee will apply again.
-
Joining fees are non-refundable.
Membership & Subscriptions (Group Classes)
-
A valid membership subscription is required to attend all group classes, seminars, and gradings.
-
Memberships operate on a monthly rolling basis.
-
Memberships run from the date of purchase to the day before the same date the following month.

By subscribing, you authorise Krav Maga Evolve (via payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or GoCardless) to take recurring payments automatically.
Age Categories
-
Adult memberships apply to students aged 14 and over.
-
Kids/Junior memberships apply to students aged 5–13.
-
Proof of age may be requested. Failure to provide proof may result in cancellation without refund.
Subscription Cancellations (Group Memberships)
-
Memberships may be cancelled at any time.
-
Cancellation notice must be given at least one working day (Monday–Friday) before the next payment date.
-
Memberships cannot be cancelled on the payment date.
-
Payments already taken are non-refundable.
-
Cancelling mid-period allows attendance until the end of the paid period.
-
If payment has been taken, no refunds will be issued regardless of attendance.
Cancellations must be made by contacting Krav Maga Evolve via email, phone, or in person.
Non-Payment
-
Failure to make scheduled payments without notice will result in arrears being owed.
-
Outstanding balances not settled within 14 days may be referred to a debt collection service.
Private Classes (1-to-1)
-
Private classes are booked separately from group memberships.
-
Private trial sessions are limited to one trial per person.
-
Private sessions are not subject to offers or discounts.
Once booked and confirmed:
-
Private sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.
-
Any session cancelled within 48 hours will be lost with no refund or credit.
-
Failure to attend a booked private session results in loss of that session with no refund.
-
Late arrival does not extend the session time.
Additional conditions:
-
Private trial sessions must be used within 7 days of the original booking date.
-
Block bookings must be used within 5 weeks of the original booking date unless otherwise agreed in advance with the instructor.

All private sessions are non-refundable once booked.
For students under 16, all private session bookings and payments must be made by a parent or guardian. All terms and conditions apply.
Timetable Changes, Bank Holidays & School Holidays

Class schedules may change due to instructor availability, holidays, or operational requirements.
-
Classes do not run on bank holidays. No refunds or credits are given for these closures.

During school holidays, the timetable may be reduced to one class per week.
-
Membership fees remain unchanged during holiday periods.
-
No refunds or credits are provided due to timetable reductions.
Rules & Conduct

Students must follow instructor instructions at all times.
-
Required safety equipment must be obtained within the specified timeframes.
-
Students must treat instructors and fellow students with respect at all times.
-
Harassment, unsafe behaviour, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
Krav Maga Evolve reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for safety or conduct reasons without refund.
Emergency Contact Information
Members (or parents/guardians for under-16s) are responsible for ensuring emergency contact details are completed and kept up to date. Failure to do so may delay medical assistance in the event of an emergency.
Photography & Media
By attending classes, members (or parents/guardians for under-16s) consent to photographs and videos being taken during training. These may be used for promotional or educational purposes.
Privacy Policy
Krav Maga Evolve is committed to protecting personal data.
Personal information is collected only for the purpose of managing memberships, attendance, communication, and service delivery. We do not sell or misuse personal data.
Information may be shared only with trusted service providers where necessary (such as payment processors) or where legally required.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Administrative communications relating to your membership may still be sent.
Changes to Terms & Privacy Policy
Krav Maga Evolve reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
