Use this timetable to see which classes are right for you or your child. If you’re new, look for the green tags – those are beginner-friendly.
Technical sparring for students who have already graded.
Ideal first striking class for new adults and early grades.
Confidence, coordination and basic self-defence through fun drills.
Self-defence, anti-bullying and mindset for juniors of all experience levels.
Women-only class focused on realistic self-defence and confidence.
Main mixed-level Krav class. Great for beginners and experienced students.
Mixed-level self-defence class suitable for new and advanced students.
Mixed-level class, ideal for adults starting or progressing their training.
Higher-intensity curriculum for students who have already graded.
40-minute kids class. Mixed levels, beginners welcome any week.
55-minute juniors class covering striking, self-defence and awareness.
20-minute juniors sparring for students who have achieved yellow with stripe.
High-energy conditioning and striking session. Open to all levels.
Class Levels & Who They’re For
Beginners can safely join any class with a green tag: Beginners & All Levels or Beginners & White Belt. Kids and juniors are mixed-level, so new students can join any of those sessions.
